Q: When do we give you our content, logo, and server information?
A: Once we have finalized the scope of your project, we will give you a full list of the items we need from you such as server information, logo and content. Don’t worry, we’ll keep it simple!
Q: What if we don’t have a server or domain?
Click on the link below to take advantage of our volume discount through our partner, Websites Built Fast Hosting. We will help you select the server package you need and register your domain if necessary. We will also help you set up e-mail accounts and other needed services.
Q: How long does it take to build a website?
We will clearly outline the timeline of your project based on the scope of work required. 12 weeks is an average, but your website may take longer depending on the project scope.
Q: What if we want other services?
We develop a game plan based on each client's specific needs. Your website will include all the items required based on the scope of the project.
Q: How will I know if people are accessing my website?
We will install a website statistical tracking system which will provide detailed information on who is using your website, where they are, how often and how long as well as many other details.
Q: I don’t see what I’m looking for on your website!
We are a full service website development company. As such, there is very little to do with a website that we do not do. E-mail us or call to let us know what your needs are and we will be happy to help.
Q: Do you do work for companies in X location?
We have clients all over the US. We are based outside of Raleigh, North Carolina near Research Triangle. Due to the nature of our business, our Raleigh location has little to do with where our clients are based. We can successfully complete a project via online conferencing, phone calls and e-mails.
Q: We have an existing website, can you help fix it?
Yes, we help manage existing websites too. We can update content and appearance as well as alter navigation and create new sections.
Q: Does a website really help a business?
Just take a look at all the Fortune 500 companies; they spend a great deal of time and money perfecting their web presence. They do so because of the value of such a connection with existing and prospective clients.
Q: I’m just a small local company, do I really need a website?
Seriously? Think small and you will remain small. Your competition has a website, and I will wager that the competitor that has the best website is also doing the best within your market place. There is a good reason for having a website today. A poor website will hurt, no website is like not having a phone number.
Q: What is your service area?
Our office is located in Fuquay Varina, North Carolina; our immediate service area is Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and the Triangle (RTP). We have clients in Texas, Maryland, Pennsylvania and other U.S. States. Given the nature of website design, we can service anyone in any location worldwide.
Q: Do I have to pay for the whole amount upfront?
